I propose to give the bot flag to VolkovBot. VolkovBot adds interwiki and category links. I know VolkovBot's work in many other Wiktionaries: it is good and reliable, the bot uses pywikipedia framework is always up to date and is owned by [[w:ru:User:Volkov]].
